DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us at 479-366-8380. Please provide your order number and email address. Only online purchases from Imarthub.com are accepted for returns. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, you will receive the credit within a 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
